For all Services

  • If lids are not exposed, digging rates will apply at $75.00 per foot per lid

Pump Septic Tank

For tanks up to 1200 gallons at normal operating levels

  • Pierce County $575.00 plus $55.00 county report
  • King County $700.00
  • Thurston County $550.00 plus $25.00 county report
  • Tanks larger than 1200 gallons or tanks above normal operating levels are charged an additional .50 cents per gallon

Pump out Pump Chamber

  • When pumped with septic tank pumping and at normal operating levels-required with property sales - $200.00

Minimum Pump Charge

  • $350.00

O&M Inspection (with pumping)

  • $75.00

O&M Inspection without pumping

  • Pierce County $250.00 plus $55.00 county report
  • Thurston County $275.00

File Report of System Status (RSS)

  • Pierce County $434.00 plus $50.00 county filing fee

Service Calls

  • Pierce and Thurston $275.00 (includes one hour of labor)
  • King County $375.00

Dig Lids

  • $75.00 per lid per foot

Repairs

Installs

Risers and Riser Lids

  • Risers $110.00 per foot
  • Riser 24” lids $120.00
  • Service call $275 to install if no other service is being performed such as pumping
  • Prices are subject to sales tax
  • Prices are subject to change and should be verified when scheduling
  • County report/admin fees will be added to the final invoice and collected at the time of service when applicable

We accept cash, card and checks (there is a 4% card processor fee when using debit/credit card)
